I am still working on this page, but wanted to upload a beautiful guided meditation/hypnosis session recorded by my husband, who is a certified hypnotherapist.  

 

My patients loved listening to this recording while they were relaxing with acupuncture needles in them.  It is a wonderful way to learn to truly relax and stimulate your own healing mechanisms.  After all, your body has it's very own pharmacy innately inside it - we just need to know how to activate it!  Perhaps using this tape on a regular basis can be a good beginning for you.
